Back to Training – for success!

Remember what all that training is for?! Lets do it again this season! The last summer training is on Wednesday 29th August – all welcome: from all teams A-E and club reserves. On Wednesday 5th September 2018 we resume training in the usual way. The D team, E team and Club reserves are 7.10pm-8.10pm. The A team, B team and C team from 8pm -9.45pm at Stanley Park.

First matches are Sat 8th September – make sure you are doing your own fitness if you haven’t been to training!

No junior training at half term: Wed 26th Oct 2016

Just a reminder that there will be no junior training with Laura, Tracey, Bron or Catherine at half term on Wed 26th Oct. The D team squad and anyone playing in the D team this Saturday are invited to senior training which is on as usual from 8pm at Stanley Park.

All back to normal on Wed 2nd November 2016

Training cancelled on Wed 17th Feb 2016

We have decided to cancel training on Wednesday 17th Feb since the Stanley Park sports hall is not available during half term as it is being repainted.
Look out for the email arrangements for Saturdays matches.

Wed 16th Sept 2015 – note venue…

The A team have a match on Wednesday 16th Sept this week v Roundwood at Overton Grange school – A’s please arrive 7.45 to get ready/stretch, we will be on court at 8pm and the match starts at 8.15pm.

All other Senior training will be at Stanley Park School this week at 8pm (arrive at 7.45pm for notices)

Juniors are unaffected. Please go to your usual session at your normal venue.
